Position Summary

The Sage X3 Project Manager is responsible for leading successful ERP implementation projects for Net at Work clients. This role serves as the primary client-facing project leader, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with ERP implementation experience, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
This is a remote position requiring approximately 20% travel within the United States.

What You'll DoClient & Project Leadership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Lead project kickoff, planning, execution, and closure activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of project scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Project Management
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and roadblocks.
  • Manage project financials, change requests, and resource requirements.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Lead issue resolution efforts and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Implement corrective actions to maintain project success and client satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to project management best practices and process improvements.
  • Support organizational initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and client success.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support long-term growth.
QualificationsRequired
  • 4+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects.
  • Experience with Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Syspro, ProcessPro, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Experience supporting Process Manufacturing and/or Distribution Manufacturing organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • PMP Certification required.
Preferred
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a consulting environment.
