The eBook Team Sales Assistant will provide full administrative support for the eBook trade sales team.  

What You'll Do:

  • The Sales Assistant will provide full administrative support for the eBook trade sales team, with some contact with eBook accounts
  • Participate in regular sales and marketing meetings, account calls, and quarterly title presentations
  • Create meeting agendas
  • Monitor scheduled eBook price promotions
  • Create monthly email memos and pub alert emails
  • Coordinate and support for the Amazon sales team for Kindle

What You'll Bring:

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Process-oriented with the ability to develop, document, and improve workflows while ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Proven ability to work independently on deadlines and manage time efficiently
  • Able to perform basic analytical tasks in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and calculations
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Ability to prepare designed title presentations for customers
  • Understanding of AI tools
  • 1-3 years in publishing and/or sales preferred
  • College Degree or equivalent

The salary for this position is $50,000.
