About You
We are looking for an exceptional BDR Manager based in New York to lead, coach, and develop our Business Development Representative team. You’ll be instrumental in driving pipeline generation for our America's sales team, supporting our continued growth across the region as we help companies modernize and humanize their HR.
This person will bring a strong track record of building and leading high-performing outbound BDR or SDR teams in SaaS, with a hands-on approach to coaching, call execution, outbound strategy, and pipeline creation. They’ll know how to motivate teams, create accountability, and use data to continuously improve performance across activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
Come and be you with us!
**Please note that we are only considering talent in the NYC Metro Area as this role requires a 3-day in office commitment.**

Job requirements
Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead & inspire: Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of outbound BDRs focused on pipeline generation.
  • Drive performance: Set clear goals, build accountability, and create an environment that encourages consistent overachievement.
  • Be in the action: Support your team through hands-on involvement; live call coaching, cold calling sessions, skill development, and real-time feedback.
  • Operational excellence: Implement, track, and evolve outbound strategies, account prioritization, cadences, and workflows to improve pipeline creation and conversion. Drive adoption of core tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, while supporting inbound lead-conversion goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Enablement to optimize inbound lead conversion and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Forecast with confidence: Monitor and report on team metrics, activity levels, and pipeline contribution, with conversion at the forefront.
  • Culture builder: Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment where your team can learn, grow, and win together.

  • Strong track record of building team engagement, driving performance, and developing talent.
  • Confident with data. You know how to dig into dashboards and reports to interpret trends, optimize performance, and inform strategy. You’re experienced with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel to make smart, data-backed decisions.
  • Practical AI fluency. You use AI to improve your own effectiveness and can equip your team with responsible, repeatable AI-enabled workflows for prospecting, research, call preparation, coaching, and follow-up.
