About the Role

Seeking a motivated and upbeat individual to collaborate with the Director of Sales Development and Regional Sales leadership in creating and executing targeted territory development plans. This role involves aligning Sales Development Representative (SDR) daily activities to achieve quarterly objectives..
This leader will build and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training new team members, as well as establishing and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate will cultivate an environment focused on generating quality sales pipeline, fostering the professional growth of team members, and embodying Workday's core values.
This role involves implementing outbound calling programs, including targeted campaigns, mock calls, call blitzes, and individual SDR mentorship. Collaboration with Marketing is essential to support field marketing activities such as webinars, trade shows, and demand generation campaigns within the assigned territory. This is a hands-on, frontline  leadership position.

About You

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software/Technology  (Saas) space required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of professional experience (4 years) required.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing and convert data into actionable insights and developing successful sales prospecting execution plans
Other Qualifications
  • Ambitious, creative, self-driven, and highly analytical
  • Organized with excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor
  • Consistently achieves quarterly territory quotas through effective forecasting and generation
  • Demonstrated success in developing a prospect pipeline via targeted outbound prospecting and engaging business executives
  • Possesses excellent pipeline management skills, including the ability to analyze, position, and qualify opportunities
  • Exhibits great attention to detail
  • Has the ability to influence and inspire team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience implementing metrics to monitor team activity and quality


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $111,600 USD - $167,300 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $100,900 USD - $179,300 USD
