Are you ready to join a growing and dynamic inside sales team? If you have a passion for sales, can think on your feet, are self-motivated, and enjoy seeking out new opportunities, you’ll thrive at TeamDynamix. We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business by collaborating with our outside sales and marketing teams.

You’ll be supported by a comprehensive, fully integrated marketing program that features multi-channel activities such as events, content distribution, webinars, and a robust digital presence. We use marketing automation and behavioral scoring to identify ‘warm leads’ and ideal customers. As an SDR, you’ll leverage this technology along with multiple data sources to find sales-ready opportunities. Your sales team will also work with you to develop a strategic territory plan, helping you uncover new prospects in high-impact areas.

This position offers ongoing learning and exposure to sales techniques and methodologies, providing a strong foundation to eventually move into an enterprise sales role. We’re seeking driven individuals with quick thinking skills and a strong desire to succeed. This role is targeted toward candidates in the ET or CT time zones.

What do we offer you as an SDR?

  • Generous base salary plus a monthly, uncapped commission program

  • Ongoing coaching sessions and exposure to field sales

  • Enrollment in sales training and continuing education opportunities

  • Opportunities to attend industry events

  • Participation in weekly sales meetings and forecast reviews

  • Make an impact by helping Higher Ed and 501(c) organizations achieve operational efficiencies and foster community-wide collaboration.

What will your day look like?

  • Research and identify potential accounts; solicit new accounts; build rapport

  • Provide evaluation and technical information to prospects; prepare discovery documentation

  • Collaborate with marketing to nurture and engage marketing-qualified opportunities

  • Actively manage your territory and identify top targets

  • Work with field sales to schedule appointments

  • Achieve department and organizational goals by taking ownership of your territory

Who are we looking for?

  • You are self-motivated, with strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.

  • You can effectively communicate and gather feedback on sales calls.

  • You are relentless and driven—able to self-motivate.

  • You enjoy researching opportunities and testing different sales tactics to open doors.

  • You can engage and nurture early-stage leads into active sales opportunities and think quickly on your feet.

What do you need to start as an SDR?

  • A college degree, typically in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing/Communications, Psychology, or a related field

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience in the software/tech industry in various capacities

  • Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus

If you believe you’d add value to our team but don’t meet all the criteria listed, we’d still love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation that reflects employees’ skills and contributions.

  • Comprehensive health insurance plans.

  • Wellness programs that promote physical and mental well-being.

  • Traditional and Roth 401(k) savings options with company match.

  • Remote-first with flexible working hours.

  • Prioritized work-life balance, with 15 observed days off in addition to PTO.

  • Family-friendly policies including paid parental leave.

  • Paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.

  • Regular acknowledgement of achievements with recognition programs.

  • Counseling services and resources for personal and professional challenges.

  • Transparent communication about company goals, strategy, and performance.

  • Regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.

  • Anti-bias and anti-harassment training programs.

  • Trust and autonomy in decision-making within your role.

  • Work environment that encourages you to be your authentic self.

  • Flat management structure with approachable leaders who want to hear your feedback.

  • Backed by two private equity firms that invest in high-growth private companies across North America.
