In this role, you will build foundational enterprise SaaS sales capabilities — mastering multi-channel outreach, prospect research, discovery rigor, and articulating how Risk Cloud solves complex enterprise risk challenges. This is a great opportunity for motivated, early career professionals, offering high visibility and structured career pathways into Account Executive and go-to-market roles.

What You’ll Do
  • Multi-Channel Prospecting: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to engage senior risk, compliance, security, and audit leaders within target accounts.
  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound marketing leads, event attendees, and content downloaders against LogicGate’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), seamlessly routing qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Account & Prospect Research: Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers, industry regulations, and tech stack indicators, tailoring messaging to solve specific organizational pain points.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain rigorous pipeline organization and CRM hygiene within Salesforce and Outreach tools like Gong, tracking daily touchpoints and consistently meeting activity and meeting-set milestones.
  • AE Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with aligned Account Executives on territory planning, account penetration strategies, and campaign execution to maximize target account coverage.
  • AI & Workflow Optimization: Leverage modern AI tools, automated SDR work, and smart research skills to enhance messaging personalization and streamline daily operational workflows.
  • Skill Mastery & Coaching: Active participant in team coaching, call reviews, and sales methodology training — demonstrating coachability by rapidly applying feedback to refine your outreach craft.
  • GRC Domain Knowledge: Develop continuous fluency in enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts to hold credible, value-driven conversations with executive risk stakeholders.

What You BringRequired:
  • Professional Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, business development, or relevant transferable role; prior SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not required.
  • Communication & Engagement: Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write engaging outreach and conduct engaging initial discovery conversations.
  • Execution & Accountability: Self-motivated and organized with strong time management skills to consistently manage pipeline activity and hit personal performance metrics.
  • Coachability & Growth Mindset: High coachability with a desire to seek out feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously develop sales skills (Embrace Curiosity).
  • AI Literacy & Digital Fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience leveraging modern AI tools, LLMs, or sales automation technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, AI research assistants) to increase efficiency and personalize prospecting.
  • On-Site Engagement: Ability to work in a hybrid capacity out of LogicGate’s Chicago, IL headquarters, with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week.
Nice to Have:
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in a quota-carrying, campus sales, retail sales, or outbound prospecting role.
  • Sales Tech Stack: Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Domain Familiarity: Background or interest in SaaS enterprise software, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, or corporate governance.
