Plano, TX: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Associate, Centralized Sales
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

What You'll Do
As a member of our Sales Development Representative Team, you will be a proactive "hunter" responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new business leads for Capital One's business card products. You will play a critical role in expanding our brand presence and driving growth by:
- Prospecting and cold calling businesses to generate new sales opportunities for our card portfolio.
- Vetting and qualifying business leads for one of Capital One's various business card solutions and setting appointments for dedicated Relationship Managers to follow up and conduct a thorough needs analysis.
- Serving as a dedicated point of contact for prospective Business Card Customers, assisting them in identifying and utilizing the right product to meet their current and future business needs.
- Having an entrepreneurial spirit and serving as a strong advocate for our customers.
- Thriving working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, acquiring and maintaining high levels of product, service, and process knowledge.
- Being innovative, highly organized, and having a measurable, demonstrated ability to drive business results while delivering superior service to our customers.

- 3+ years of acquisitions or outbound sales experience, with a focus on new business generation.
- 2+ years of experience working with small or medium-sized business customers
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry
