About the Role
Our client, a rapidly expanding tech company in the U.S. commercial real estate sector, is building a new Supply Growth Team and looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join their ranks. In this role, you’ll engage with real estate professionals — including agents, brokers, owners, and investors — primarily over the phone to verify listing details, update CRM records, and cultivate industry relationships. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable insights into the U.S. commercial real estate market while contributing to a growing, high-potential team. Success in this role requires being confident, personable, and naturally conversational — not tied to a script.
Note: This position is open to all of Latin America!
Key ResponsibilitiesContact real estate professionals to verify and update key listing information within the CRM.
Engage in meaningful conversations with brokers, owners, and investors to maintain and enhance industry relationships.
Gather feedback on past listings, assess current market activity, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM.
Clearly communicate with real estate professionals and internal teams, ensuring that all interactions are professional and aligned with the brand’s voice.
Work closely with peers and management to refine outreach strategies and continuously improve data quality.
Prior experience as a Business Development Representative or SDR in U.S. software or commercial real estate technology is preferred but not needed.
Exceptional English proficiency, both verbal and written, is essential.
Proven ability to use CRM systems for managing data and executing outreach campaigns.
Prior commercial real estate industry experience, or willingness to learn and understand the roles of brokers, owners, and investors.
Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
