🚀 About Us

We’re Bolt.new by StackBlitz!

We’re the team behind WebContainers, the groundbreaking technology that made it possible to run Node.js right in your browser. No installs, no setup, just instant dev environments. That innovation kickstarted our journey in 2019 and powers the blazing-fast online IDE used by over a million developers every month.

But we didn’t stop there.

We took everything we learned from building WebContainers and used it to create Bolt.new. The fastest way to go from idea to production without writing traditional code. Think of it as the Canva or Figma for full-stack applications: a next-gen, AI-powered builder that lets you create, edit, and deploy web and mobile apps instantly, right in your browser.

WebContainers make it possible. Bolt.new brings it to life. Together, they reimagine what it means to build software lowering the barrier to entry, speeding up workflows, and unlocking creativity for the next generation of builders.

We’re a globally distributed, fully remote team of passionate engineers, designers, and creatives building the future of software development. If you love shipping fast, solving real problems, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible we’d love to meet you.

✨ About This Opportunity

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and technically-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build a world-class outbound motion for Bolt.new. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective users—developers, platform teams, and engineering leaders—helping them understand the value of Bolt.new and qualify them for deeper conversations with our sales team.

This is an opportunity to grow your career at the intersection of sales, technology, and product—and help bring an innovative AI-powered development platform to market.

🛠️ How You'll Contribute
  • Prospect into target accounts through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, messaging, light calling)
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales motion
  • Identify ideal customer profiles, key personas, and pain points through research and discovery
Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to craft compelling outreach and hand off qualified opportunities
  • Track all activities, insights, and conversations in our CRM to maintain a clean and accurate pipeline
  • Experiment with new messaging, channels, and strategies to optimize conversion and learn quickly
  • Serve as a key voice in shaping how we scale our top-of-funnel motion
💡 Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or outbound role (SDR, BDR, customer support, community, or equivalent)
  • Genuine interest in software, developer tools, or emerging technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to write crisp, clear emails and engage thoughtfully in conversation
  • Comfortable researching and personalizing outreach for technical audiences
  • Motivated, curious, and eager to learn both the product and the customer
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as this role involves frequent collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and customers where English is the primary working language.
🎯 Bonus Points
  • Experience working with or selling to developers, engineers, or technical buyers
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (e.g. Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Background in developer communities, open source, or technical support
  • Previous experience at an early-stage startup or remote-first team
📌 A Few Notes
  • You do not need a college degree to apply

  • You do not need to be located in the U.S. — we’re remote-friendly

  • You do not need to meet every qualification listed above
