Note: We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client. This opportunity is for a position with their organization, not with People Culture Talent. We're excited to help connect talented professionals with this exceptional team!

The Role

As one of our first Sales Development Representatives, you'll take ownership of building and scaling the top of our sales funnel across both enterprise and growth markets. Your primary focus will be creating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and innovative outreach across a variety of channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, embraces emerging AI technologies, and views an empty pipeline as an opportunity rather than a challenge.

What You’ll Own
  • Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting across both enterprise and growth accounts.

  • Secure meetings by utilizing a mix of channels—including LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and creative outreach strategies.

  • Run experiments by treating sales as an iterative process: test ideas, analyze results, and double down on what proves effective.

  • Conduct account research by identifying and building highly targeted prospect lists, leveraging tools like Claude, Clay, and AI-powered workflows.

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns by combining traditional outbound methods with innovative approaches.

  • Partner closely with AEs and founders to support account planning, discovery preparation, and expansion opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
  • 1–2 years of full-time sales experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS environment

  • Strong AI proficiency — you regularly use AI tools in your daily workflow and are enthusiastic about enhancing productivity through AI

  • Excellent communication skills — you are a strong writer and confident engaging with senior stakeholders

  • A curious mindset — you enjoy learning about new technologies and understanding customer challenges

  • A competitive, self-driven attitude — you are motivated by ambitious goals and eager to increase your impact

  • Technical adaptability — you quickly become comfortable learning new software and systems

About Our Client

This venture backed AI infrastructure company is developing the connectivity layer that enables AI platforms and B2B software to take meaningful action within the systems businesses rely on. The founding team brings experience from Google, Meta, and AWS. The team is small, retention rates are exceptional, and the technical standards are high. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are excited about meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape the future of collaboration between businesses and AI.
