Overview
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving sales enablement initiatives across OE and Aftermarket Sales, supporting alignment across sales, product and marketing. This role facilitates strategic alignment, enhances process consistency, and drives performance improvement within the sales process.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Facilitation:
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, document, and align sales strategies across SRAM's value streams
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and strategic discussions to ensure objectives are clear, actionable, and aligned
  • Process Standardization & Tool Development:
  • Design and implement standardized processes and tools to support sales effectiveness and variance management (PvA)
  • Develop and prototype tools in Excel; manage organizational tools using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Establish and maintain a prioritized roadmap for ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Sales Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate and support sales performance reports, variance tracking, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Continuously improve reporting and analytics to enhance insights for the sales team
  • Change Implementation Support:
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team on new processes and tools
  • Champion continuous improvement by promoting lean principles and best practices within the SalesOps organization

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field-or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or continuous improvement roles
  • Proven understanding of sales processes, tools, and best practices
  • Familiarity with lean principles and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and resource-leveraging skills
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage tight or shifting timelines
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $100,000 with potential up to 50% higher based on experience and skills
  • For international locations, salary will be commensurate with experience and aligned with local market rates
  • Bonus: Annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance

  • Office-based role, primarily working at a personal workstation.

  • Travel required to other SRAM locations, including international travel (10-25%)
