About the Team:

The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill gaps, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team. Our team is extremely passionate about continuous employee growth and helping others realize and reach their full potential while maximizing output across the organization.

About the Role:

We're seeking a Sales Enablement Lead who understands what separates elite pipeline generation from inconsistent, ad hoc prospecting — and knows how to build the systems, programs, and culture that close that gap at scale. This role exists to develop the repeatable skills, behaviors, and workflow expertise that drive multiples of pipeline coverage across every role responsible for generating pipe — AEs, SDRs, AMs and beyond. This person will own the methodology, process, and skill development that equips all pipeline-contributing roles to prospect with discipline and consistency — building the infrastructure, playbooks, and coaching cadences that make great prospecting repeatable at scale.

Who You Are:
  • Prospecting-obsessed — you understand what separates high-performing pipeline generators from the rest and can translate that into scalable systems and coaching
  • AI-forward and discerning—you follow the evolution of sales technology closely and know the difference between tools that amplify rep output and tools that just add noise
  • A strategic partner to SDR, AE, and Enablement leadership –  operating as a co-pilot on team direction, rep development, and pipeline priorities
  • A systems thinker who diagnoses root causes, designs methodologies, and operationalizes them across a distributed sales organization
  • A data-driven program builder who uses pipeline metrics and rep-level performance data to prioritize initiatives and demonstrate measurable impact
  • An engaging coach and facilitator who delivers compelling training and drives lasting behavior change—not one-time events
  • A collaborative cross-functional partner who builds alignment across competing stakeholders without losing momentum

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and deliver training & enablement programming across prospecting, account strategy, outreach execution, and SDR/AE/AM partnership; build coaching and certification cadences that reinforce methodology over time
  • Design and own the AlphaSense Sourcing Pipeline Methodology –  a role-specific framework covering how SDRs, AEs, and Customer Success identify, prioritize, and engage prospects using ICP profiles, intent signals, and vertical dataBuild role-specific playbooks, outreach frameworks, and process documentation that serve as always-on resources; partner with RevOps to close tool adoption gaps and ensure reps use the full prospecting stack effectively
  • Act as a strategic partner to SDR, AE, AM  and Enablement leadership - co-developing team priorities, diagnosing rep-level gaps, and driving a shared vision for elite prospecting across all pipeline-contributing roles at AlphaSense
  • Collaborate with SDR and AE onboarding leads to accelerate time-to-pipeline and instill pipeline generation methodology from day one; track rep-level performance and intervene early – identifying coaching opportunities before they become performance problems
  • Build cross-functional alignment across SDR, AE, AM, RevOps, and Marketing around a shared pipeline methodology; establish a recurring Pipeline Table where stakeholders coordinate on strategy, troubleshoot gaps, and surface new opportunities
  • Lead pipeline initiatives spanning re-engagement and nurture strategy, buyer intent and ABM, social selling, and referral programs; track KPIs by channel to measure impact
  • Own the AI and automation agenda for pipeline-generating roles — evaluating, piloting, and embedding tools that improve output without adding noise; design signal-to-pipeline workflows that surface the right buying triggers (leadership changes, funding rounds, earnings signals) to reps in a consumable, actionable format
  • Apply a clear evaluation standard for every tool considered: does this make a rep more effective, or just busier? Stay ahead of the AI sales tool landscape and bring leadership informed, opinionated recommendations on where to invest

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Sales Enablement with direct experience in or alongside SDR and/or AE leadership roles, with demonstrated pipeline impact
  • Deep familiarity with the end to end prospecting motion across revenue teams (SDR/AE/AM collaboration) – what great prospecting looks like, what gets in the way, and how to build systems that scale it
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales tools, intent data platforms, and workflow automation—and the judgment to know when technology helps vs. adds noise
  • Ability to design signal-to-pipeline workflows: mapping account triggers to rep actions in a way that is automated, contextual, and non-disruptive
  • Proficiency with the modern sales tech stack (CRM, sequencing platforms, intent data, prospecting databases) and a track record of driving adoption
  • Strong analytical skills – you can work with pipeline data, spot trends, and turn insights into programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present recommendations to leadership in business terms, not tech terms
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
