Assignment Overview or Purpose:

• Support the Commercial Operations team in the development and global rollout of an AI Sales Coach agent, while contributing to Salesforce (SFDC) integration initiatives across Flexible and Rigid Packaging businesses, with an initial focus on LATAM.
• The intern will also support documentation, reporting, and dashboard development to enable scalable adoption, consistency, and data‑driven decision making across regions.

Compensation:

• $18-$20/hour based on year in school
• Must be a sophomore, junior or senior

Job Description:

• Support the design, testing, and refinement of the AI Sales Coach agent (e.g., use cases, prompts, validation of outputs).
• Assist with SFDC integration activities between Flexibles and Rigids, including data mapping, process documentation, and regional rollout support (starting with LATAM).
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and enablement materials for sales and commercial teams.
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports (SFDC / BI tools) to track adoption, usage, and key commercial KPIs.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to gather feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Interest in AI, digital tools, and commercial enablement (prior exposure is a plus, not mandatory).
• Basic familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), CRM systems, or data visualization tools preferred.
• Ability to document processes clearly and translate complexity into simple, user‑friendly materials.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a global, cross‑cultural environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑evolving, ambiguous context.

What will you learn:

• Hands‑on exposure to AI applications in sales and commercial excellence within a global enterprise.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations, dashboards, and data governance.
• Understanding of global commercial processes, including regional differences and change management.
• Experience working on cross‑business (Flexibles & Rigids) and cross‑regional initiatives.
• Direct mentorship from senior commercial and business leaders.
