Job Description

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience and in-depth understanding of the building component manufacturing industry in the US. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in this industry and be able to connect manufacturers with Q4US’s portfolio of software and AI services. Travel within the US will be required. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Q4US’s U.S. market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in building component manufacturing companies.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with Q4US technical teams to propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Represent Q4US at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Share market insights to support product and service innovation.

Qualifications

  • Must be based in the United States, with willingness to travel to client sites.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the building component manufacturing industry (trusses, wall panels, or related).
  • Strong industry network (preferably with manufacturers, suppliers, and associations).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote role.
  • Familiarity with software, digital transformation, or AI adoption in manufacturing is a strong advantage.
