About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Sales & Marketing Tech VA with strong execution skills in funnels, content, marketing systems, and digital operations.
This role is designed to support the company’s sales and marketing ecosystem by helping execute campaigns, funnels, launches, content assets, and backend systems efficiently and professionally.
This is not a senior-level marketing strategist role. Instead, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, technically skilled, proactive, and capable of bringing ideas and systems to life under leadership guidance.
You will collaborate closely with the operations, sales, and marketing team to support ongoing growth initiatives and evergreen marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Funnel & Tech Support
- Build and refine Kajabi pages
- Create and manage landing pages
- Support website flow and navigation
- Implement evergreen funnels
- Set up offers, forms, and integrations
- Manage automations and workflows
- Support event setup and backend systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Marketing & Sales Support
- Build and organize email sequences
- Create and schedule newsletters
- Support evergreen nurture campaigns
- Assist with launch execution
- Help optimize funnel performance
- Support customer journey implementation
- Maintain audience nurturing workflows
- Content & Media Support
- Create graphic design assets
- Maintain visual brand consistency
- Edit videos for:

Strong working experience with:
