About Redesign Group

The Redesign Group is a global technology and cybersecurity Solution Provider leveraging design thinking, interdependent subject matter expertise, and emerging technology solutions to help organizations achieve meaningful transformation. Our globally diverse team members, partnerships with strategic technology manufacturers, and cybersecurity services position us to be a business partner that’s ready for what’s next.

We live by our core values of operating in the service of others, being problem solvers, and focusing on long term partnerships. You’ll excel at Redesign if you thrive in a rewarding environment that moves quickly, challenges you to grow and fosters collaboration. We seek candidates with a hands-on customer-first approach, robust interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic and excellent time management. While teamwork is expected, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is crucial.

Job Description

The Redesign Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing sales organization. This is an operations-focused role designed for someone who thrives behind the scenes—keeping data accurate, processes moving, and ensuring the operational details that support our sales teams are executed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate brings experience in sales operations, order processing, and Salesforce, preferably within a VAR, technology solutions provider, or similar environment. This role is not quota-carrying and does not own quoting, renewals, or direct selling activities. Instead, this individual will serve as a key operational partner to our sales organization, Finance, and other internal teams.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in clean data, strong follow-through, process accuracy, and becoming a trusted operational resource for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Order Operations: Support the operational needs of the Central U.S. and Canadian sales regions, including order processing, Salesforce data integrity, and ensuring required information is accurate and complete throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Onboarding: Coordinate the initial intake and onboarding of new customers, gathering required documentation and partnering closely with Finance to ensure customers are properly established, credit requirements are completed, and opportunities can move efficiently toward booking.
  • Deal Registration Management: Own the operational lifecycle of deal registrations, including submission, tracking, resubmission, validation, and ensuring registrations are properly reflected through revenue recognition.
  • Contract & Public Sector Support: Develop expertise in The Redesign Group's government contract vehicles and related processes, serving as an internal resource as knowledge develops. Prior public sector or government contracting experience is a plus, but a willingness and ability to learn is equally important.
  • Data & Process Excellence: Maintain accurate and reliable data across Salesforce and related systems, perform appropriate due diligence, identify missing or inconsistent information, and proactively follow through with internal stakeholders to keep processes moving.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, sales support, or a similar operational role.
  • Hands-on experience working within Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Experience within a VAR, technology reseller, IT solutions provider, or similar environment strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, and other internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to learn unfamiliar processes and become a subject-matter resource.
  • Experience supporting Canadian or other international entities is preferred.
  • Public sector, government contracting, or contract vehicle experience is a plus.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package which may include:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match (annual dollar cap applied)
  • Flexible time off plan
  • 15 paid holidays
  • Sick leave (amount varies by state requirements and is at least the minimum required by any state)
  • Short-term and long-term disability
  • Life insurance
  • Paid parental leave

We’re an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We consider qualified candidates without regard to any legally protected status. This role is subject to applicable employment laws based on work location. In compliance with pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this role is included, with final pay based on experience, skills, and location. We participate in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility and are happy to provide reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process—just let us know how we can help.
