itD is seeking a Sales & Partner Marketing Manager to support Industrial sales and partner marketing initiatives by driving seller and partner enablement, coordinating training programs, and developing practical customer-focused content that enables successful market activation. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B sales enablement, partner marketing, channel marketing, content operations, or go-to-market program management, with a track record of delivering effective enablement materials, training programs, and campaign activation support.
Location: Remote in the US
Duration - 1 month - (depending on candidate performance and business needs, could be chance for extension)

Responsibilities:• Manage the SalesConnect content hub as a central resource for seller- and partner-facing materials, ensuring content is current, organized, accessible, and aligned with active campaigns, launches, and priorities.
• Translate customer-focused messaging, campaign content, solution narratives, and launch materials into practical seller- and partner-ready enablement kits, including talk tracks, content bundles, email copy, presentations, FAQs, and training resources.
• Coordinate seller and partner training programs, including calendars, session logistics, speaker and content readiness, communications, attendance support, post-session follow-up, and engagement tracking.
• Support partner marketing initiatives through partner-ready content, co-promotion activities, joint webinar preparation, newsletters, campaign toolkits, and partner activation follow-up.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Field, Demand Generation, Enablement, Web, and content stakeholders to connect Industrial campaigns and portfolio launches with seller and partner activation.
• Maintain project trackers and reporting related to content status, seller engagement, partner participation, training attendance, campaign activation, stakeholder decisions, and follow-up activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across content development, training, partner activation, reporting, and stakeholder communications to support program objectives and timelines.
• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales enablement, partner marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, content operations, or go-to-market program management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer-focused content into clear, actionable seller and partner enablement materials.
• Experience managing content hubs, enablement portals, or similar platforms.
• Experience coordinating seller, partner, field, or customer-facing training programs.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, industrial, IoT, networking, OT/security, SaaS, or B2B partner ecosystem programs.
• Familiarity with seller enablement, partner activation workflows, campaign kits, sales plays, launch enablement, or field communications.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams across content, training, partner activation, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Experience with SalesConnect or similar sales enablement and content management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
