Watermark Nissan of Marion is seeking an Experienced Sales Person to join our team. We are looking for a PROVEN PRODUCER with a drive to serve the customers and operate within the honesty and transparency of the Watermark Culture. We ARE NOT seeking candidates without direct customer sales experience.
As a Salesperson, you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, guiding customers through their buying journey, and ensuring a positive dealership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of dealership products and services
- Build lasting relationships with customers to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service from first interaction through delivery
- Conduct sales transactions and complete required paperwork accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to support overall dealership success
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required
