JAM+ operates three of the most recognized names in office and business supply - envelopes.com, folders.com, and jampaper.com. Formed from the merger of JAM Paper & Envelope and BigName Commerce, we sell through Amazon, Staples, Office Depot, WB Mason, and more. We have decades of deep industry expertise and a clear-eyed view that the next chapter of growth will be driven by smart, tech-enabled selling.

We're looking for a Sales Representative who can develop productive customer relationships, close sales and help build the AI-powered systems that generate them. You'll carry your own book of business and play a hands-on role in our push into AI-driven outbound and lead generation. You'll report to the Manager of Sales and have real influence over how JAM+ scales its commercial operation.

What You'll Do

Build Sales & Grow Accounts

- Develop and close new business with B2B buyers across office supply, print, packaging, and adjacent verticals.

- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.

- Collaborate with your manager to set revenue targets and own your number.

Support the AI-Powered Outbound Engine

- Help operate Apollo.io - sequences, targeting, list strategy, inbox management, and deliverability.

- Use AI tools to identify, prioritize, and personalize outreach at scale.

- Apply lead scoring, segmentation, and ICP criteria for our core product lines.

- Track, measure, and iterate relentlessly - open rates, reply rates, conversion rates, pipeline contribution.

- Stay current on AI sales tools and bring forward recommendations for what we should adopt next.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, wholesale, print, packaging, or office products - or strong evidence you can pick up a tangible goods category fast.

- Demonstrated experience setting up and running outbound tools - Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, Clay, or similar.

- Strong fluency with AI tools in a sales context - you use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar to write sequences, research prospects, and personalize at scale.

- Proven track record of hitting quota and closing - not just building pipeline.

- Entrepreneurial and self-directed - motivated by outcomes, comfortable with ambiguity, built to move fast.

- Excellent written communication - your sequences need to convert.

Nice to Have

- Experience building internal tools, automations, or dashboards that increase your own productivity.

- Background in selling into national retailers, office distributors, or commercial print buyers.

- Experience with CRM administration and pipeline reporting in HubSpot or Salesforce.

Benefits

Why Join JAM+

- You'll have real ownership of your piece of the outbound strategy - real autonomy, real accountability, and real impact on a business with serious distribution reach.

- You'll work directly with leadership that believes in speed, experimentation, and bold thinking - not bureaucracy.

- You'll work alongside some of the most tenured people in the envelope and folder business - institutional knowledge worth learning from.

- You'll help transform a traditional category into an AI-enabled growth story.

- You'll have a clear path to grow as our commercial presence and channel footprint scales.
