We are in search of an  motivated and dependable Sales Representative to provide janitorial sales to commercial businesses  through out their assigned territory.   

We work hard to be the FINEST Building Service Contractor in the upper Midwest and the leading company in our national organization.   Represent our company as a cutting edge service provider and leader in our industry. Our Sales Representative will  provide sales throughout  The Chicago area.  
 

 **High-performing candidates have the potential to grow into a six-figure income position**

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Networking: in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid

Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to determine costs, and prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match  

Facilitate an effective Start-up for new business: partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations

We are looking for:

  • Experienced sales professional with 3-5years' experience
  • Proven Janitorial sales record
  • Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Polite
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
