How You'll Contribute
- Identify real estate brokers and brokerages who are operating outside of captive title relationships.
- Track referral patterns to determine which title companies these brokers are currently working with.
- Engage and build relationships with agents to facilitate introductions between these brokers and our attorney agents, helping grow both our business and theirs.
- Conduct one-to-one discovery conversations to understand broker and attorney business needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with escrow officers through scheduled sessions to support relationship strategy, lead discussion, and targeted follow-up.
- Actively attend industry events, community functions, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and uncover new relationship opportunities.
- Deliver group presentations to brokers and attorneys to build credibility and expand reach.
What You'll Bring
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Requires a valid driver’s license.
