Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join team in Bloomington, IL! In this role, you'll serve as a key partner to customers, sales representatives, account managers, and production teams, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and account managers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with sales, production facilities, and vendors to provide accurate pricing and project information.
  • Coordinate customer orders from quote through production and delivery.
  • Monitor project status and proactively communicate updates.
  • Resolve customer concerns and service issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain account documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and issue purchase orders when necessary.
  • Calculate pricing, shipping charges, and other order-related costs.
  • Provide phone support and account coverage when sales representatives are unavailable.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

Where You'll Work:

  • This role will be fully onsite, Mon-Fri, based at 1 Hardman Dr., Bloomington, IL 61701
  • Your schedule will be 1st shift; Monday - Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm

What Would Make You a Successful Candidate:

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, administrative support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

We'd Also Like to See:

  • Experience with order processing, quoting, or account management is a plus
  • Printing industry experience is helpful but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $23-24. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
