What You'll BringBusiness maturity, strong selling and listening skills with the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, TransUnion associates, market and environmental trends to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for growth.
2+ years sales/consulting experience in the Financial Services industry, including the Auto industry market (preferred), Mortgage or Consumer lending, or working directly within Banks, Credit Unions, and Fintech companies.
Demonstrate channel/partner business development experience.
Understanding of building channel account/business plans.
Strong interpersonal and prospecting skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be able to establish deep relationships with C Level executives and understand their purchasing criteria.
Positive “can do” self-starter attitude.
Ability to effectively manage and grow a multi-million dollar territory of strategic accounts/partners.
Demonstrate competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development).
Demonstrated deep knowledge of large and complex client businesses.
Ability to travel 50% in market (once COVID-19 travel restrictions are lifted).

Impact You'll MakeYou will acquire an understanding of TransUnion, the solutions and identifying opportunities within existing accounts to expand those relationships and revenue growth.
You will target and prospect new potential integrated account partnerships in support of the business development plan.
Represent TransUnion’s current and potential value adds to our partners in a contemplative and professional manner resulting in greater revenues and more strategic relationships.
Compel the partners’ sales/distribution resources to represent our products and services to their markets.
Identify and/or support a system that will allow TransUnion to quickly understand the state of any partner, the key constituents within the partner and the upcoming milestones to maximize the relationship.
Maintain Salesforce CRM forecast and pipeline.
Negotiate partner agreements.
Engage company resources to achieve the appropriate level of interaction and relationship with partners.
