The Consumer Interactive Indirect team is seeking a highly motivated individual as an Account Manager. While this Account Manager position will focus on servicing an existing portfolio of channel partners, emphasis will also be placed on supporting the Major Account Manager in growth of accounts by cross-selling and customer service functions. This AM position will have accountability for helping to achieve annual revenue goals through new and existing partnership relationship development, opportunity prioritization, consultative sales, and daily account management requests.

What You'll Bring
Selling / Relationship Management Ability: Demonstrated aptitude in sales and marketing techniques with superior client relationship management
Positive Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively establish positive relationships with client base and work effectively with front-line team members and upper management
Collaboration: Experienced in effectively engaging subject matter expert and other resources as needed to develop solutions, execute strategies and manage deliverables.
Communication: Ability to demonstrate written and verbal competence including strong presentation skills along with the ability to persuade, influence, and convince others in both formal and informal settings.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft applications, SalesForce and other software applications including being internet savvy.
Impact You'll Make
As a member of a broader team, the Account Manager is responsible for helping to manage the existing partner relationship with the day to day activities. The Account Manager continually seeks to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
Support new business opportunities including product / solution information and pricing, and managing credentialing, information security reviews, contracts and onboarding.
Position requires candidate to develop a thorough understanding of TransUnion Consumer Interactive services and data delivery methods.
Candidate must possess an aptitude for understanding technical/technology solutions.
Support the Indirect Sales Major Account Executive with account servicing that will help grow existing and new business revenue from our current portfolio of consumer solutions.
