Responsibilities:

  • Share overall understanding of the inner workings of the eCommerce (i.e., Amazon) platforms.
    • New Item Setup.
    • SEO.
    • Content Strategy Development.
  • Partner with internal CA EComm teams to develop organizational expertise on ECommerce Platform, including:
    • Providing insight into key metrics for performance on ECommerce Platform.
    • Planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts.
    • Creating operating standards of running client businesses on ECommerce Platform.
  • Act as Account Manager for CA EComm client base on ECommerce Platform
    • Develop and execute plans to drive ROI via performance-based and brand-building strategies
    • Represent client interests to ECommerce Platform
    • Analyze and report on client business results on ECommerce Platform
  • Monitor developing general eCommerce technology trends as well as changes at ECommerce Platform, evaluate business opportunities, recommend and execute new initiatives

  Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)
  • Must have ECommerce Platform experience
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience
  • Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)                                                                                                                                                                                                               

 

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e. industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, ECommerce Platform meetings, and /or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile)

 

Reporting Structure:

  • E-Commerce Division SVP

 

Compensation:

  • Salary commensurate with level of experience and current market landscape
  • Benefits package available - medical, dental, life insurance, 401k match (up to a certain percentage),
  • Additional Options – vision, short term & long-term disability
  • Annual year-end bonus eligibility (based on company & employee performance)
  • Company paid cell phone (business usage)
  • Company provided computer
