Department OverviewWatchGuard is our Dash and Body Camera Wing of Motorola Solutions. This role is a part of our Field Sales Department.
- Responsible for sales, strategic account planning, overall relationship management, and new and existing accounts
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan for a full portfolio of solutions products
- Ability to develop and execute on winning strategy for the Pacific NW region
- Schedule and lead customer meetings
- Uncovering additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all offerings
- Identifying and overcoming roadblocks and/or obstacles while keeping a positive attitude
- Ability to resolve product or service related issues by clarifying the customer's grievance and channeling those issues to the WatchGuard
- Regular client follow-ups to ensure “Total Customer Satisfaction”
- Promote extended warranty and maintenance programs to existing, eligible customers
- Ensuring client awareness regarding the usefulness and proper operation of the WatchGuard products and services that were purchased
- Ability to grow sales pipeline, hit quarterly and annual quotas for the region, plus deliver a great customer experience
- Ability for 50% - 60% travel to multiple states
- Bachelors Degree
- 4-8 years of sales/public safety experience
- Experience with a CRM
