Assistant Sales Manager (Evening Shift)

The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with our Sales Manager to provide ongoing training and coaching, improve performance, and consistently meet sales goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high growth business and lead a team to success. Each Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a pre-assigned group of agents on the team.
Shift schedule: 11:00-8:00PM and 1:00-10:00PM, must be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent feedback, hands-on coaching, and motivation for all Inbound Sales Executives assigned
- Mentor and manage assigned Inbound Sales Executives to continuously increase conversion rates and exceed sales goals
- Monitor Inbound Sales Executives attendance and ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies
- Supervise the broader Sales team and act as the go-to liaison for questions and issues
- Assist the Sales management team in interviewing team candidates and assisting with new hire training and providing ongoing evaluation of Inbound Sales Executives
- Monitor and assess the overall performance and quality of the Sales team
- Actively communicate with Sales Managers regarding agent performance, strengths, and weaknesses
- Document call center quality concerns and trends for procedural changes and recommendations
