The Assistant Sales Manager will work closely with our Sales Manager to provide ongoing training and coaching, improve performance, and consistently meet sales goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high growth business and lead a team to success. Each Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a pre-assigned group of agents on the team. 
Shift schedule: 11:00-8:00PM and 1:00-10:00PM, must be available on Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent feedback, hands-on coaching, and motivation for all Inbound Sales Executives assigned
  • Mentor and manage assigned Inbound Sales Executives to continuously increase conversion rates and exceed sales goals
  • Monitor Inbound Sales Executives attendance and ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies
  • Supervise the broader Sales team and act as the go-to liaison for questions and issues
  • Assist the Sales management team in interviewing team candidates and assisting with new hire training and providing ongoing evaluation of Inbound Sales Executives
  • Monitor and assess the overall performance and quality of the Sales team
  • Actively communicate with Sales Managers regarding agent performance, strengths, and weaknesses
  • Document call center quality concerns and trends for procedural changes and recommendations
