This position will be responsible for providing the Business Development Team and Territory Sales Teams critical lead management and administrative support. This individual will perform sales and sales support activities to generate and grow additional leads, opportunities, and sales for consumer, commercial and vertical direct customers.
As the Business Development Coordinator at Life Fitness, you will be responsible for:
Qualifying and managing all the Commercial and Consumer Lead Portals in SFDC
Qualifying and managing all Commercial and Consumer Leads in the phone queue
Placing outbound calls to potential leads to qualify
Generating CDM Report
Collaborating with Regional Managers on Lead Generation activities
Running monthly metric reports for the Business Development Manager
Conducting promotional/marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness as well as generate leads, opportunities, and sales
Placing outbound telemarketing calls throughout multiple territories to generate new business and interest in Life Fitness products and services
Answering customer questions regarding commercial products, services, promotions and programs
Daily interaction with various departments (Credit & Leasing, Order Management, Service, Delivery & Installation, etc.) to ensure that a seamless and superior customer experience is delivered throughout the sales process.
Entering, updating and maintaining all sales leads, prospects, and customer information within Salesforce.com
Office support for the broader team where applicable
Project support determined by Business Development Manager
What are we looking for in our Business Development Coordinator?
Bachelors Degree preferred; Associates degree or equivalent required.
Computer (PC) savvy with experience navigating software systems, ability to quickly pick up on Salesforce.com and Oracle (prior experience with these systems is a plus, but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with competing priorities.
Health Club / Fitness Industry experience or connection a plus.
Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
