Business Development Rep TL
Responsibilities:
Hire, coach and lead a team of high performing enterprise business development reps whose goals are to:
- Generating new sales pipeline with prospective clients in the USA markets
- Leading qualification meetings with clients to identify relevance for potential partnerships
- Communicating Bringg’s use-case, technology, and features to prospective customers whilst understanding their requirements
- Mapping out target accounts and identifying best approaches to initiate contact with relevant stakeholder within the organization.
- Establishing strong client relations with customer´s key decision makers
Skills /Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven success of leading BDR teams in B2B, large/strategic customers
- Experience with Salesforce, Linkedin and other sales tools
- Experience in generating sales pipeline with outbound leads
- High level of technical solution expertise
- Customer facing experience with strong written an verbal communication skills
- Experience in the logistics delivery field– Big advantage
- Can work independently, highly organized, with a strong self-structure and discipline about your work
