Department OverviewThe Motorola Solutions Sales Enablement and Learning Team manages the Global Learning strategy for MSI sales teams. The team develops Learning Solutions to build skills, knowledge, and behaviors enabling Sellers to drive business performance through a variety of personal, self-driven enablement methods.
Job Description
The Channel Sales Enablement & Learning Lead will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
Scope Responsibilities/Expectations:
Own relationship with Regional Channel Sales Leaders to provide support and leadership regarding learning requirements
Develop / regionalize, execute, maintain, and communicate regional strategy and learning plans aligned around: sales foundational development; tools, process, selling methodology; portfolio; and verticals.
Responsible for coordination of program delivery including funding and demand generation.
Optimize regional learning process, develop sustainable and repeatable models for learning that leverage global synergies.
Accountability for adoption and competency of skills, as well as business impact and success metrics for all developed assets.
Specific Knowledge Skills:
Bachelors Degree
3+ years experience in sales, sales operations or customer service
Seeking experience in the design and delivery of Sales Learning Solutions or Training Courses
Seeking experience in Portfolio Management or Product Management
Strong Business acumen, analysis, planning, and change management
Effective with comunication and presentation of the strategy
Self-starter, ability to be productive in an ever-changing global environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to multi-task
Instructional Design certification is highly desirable
Experience with Miller Heiman Sales Methodology highly desirable
Basic Requirements
Bachelors Degree
3+ years experience in one of the following: Sales, Sales Operations or Customer Service
