UPshow is seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to help lead the Hospitality vertical consisting of bars, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, professional sports teams & QSR.  The Customer Success Director is responsible for account management and growth of our enterprise client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the vision, mission & purpose of our hospitality segment and drive it throughout the organization including Sales, Marketing, Creative, Product & CS

  • Become a thought leader in a competitive landscape and market trends for the relevant vertical markets

  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand their marketing goals and objectives

  • Build enterprise account plans for named accounts, and drive the development of interactive marketing strategies that enhance and exceed overall client performance expectations

  • Actively communicate product updates and relevant features to customers in order to set expectations and manage their experience

  • Conduct monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews with key accounts

  • Constant collaboration with UPshow’s engagement team

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Sales experience

  • Proven track record selling to and building relationships with C-level executives

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Advertising Agency, Creative Agency or SaaS experience is a plus

  • Able and willing to travel 40%-50% within the United States

UPshow's HQ is located in the River North neighborhood. It's easy to get to via the Brown line, Blue line, and Red line trains. It's situated near the Merch Mart which has tons of great quick & easy lunch options and right some many great sit down restaurants along Clark St.
