Customer Success Rep - Saturday through Wednesday shift

Provi is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) who is also passionate about supporting our customers. This is a hybrid position: this role requires sales knowledge and a passion for providing great customer service.
What you’ll be doing
The schedule for this position is Saturday through Wednesday, 9am-5pm CT (full time role).
This is a hybrid Sales & Customer Service position.
Execute New Business Development within existing / new markets and conversion via inbound/outbound calls.
Activity prospect into warm leads as Provi enters new markets across the country (outbound dials, texts, and emails)
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion.
Use your exceptional interpersonal skills to educate, train and support our customers on best practices, the use and benefit of the platform.
Summarizing product feedback from customers and providing it to the operations + product team.
Inspire clients to think strategically about how Provi can support their business needs.
What we are looking for
Someone that likes to have fun and is passionate about helping their team reach goals.
Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers.
Analytical thinker, ability to make decisions and problem solve in a timely manner.
Flexible, learns quickly, willing to change with the needs of the customer and markets.
You are comfortable making cold and warm calls and have excellent phone presence.
1-3 years experience prospecting in a new business development role (experience in the bar/restaurant industry at any level is a plus).
Expert written, oral communication and presentation skills.
