The Director of Channel Partnerships will play a fundamental role in helping Fast Radius achieve its ambitious strategic channel acquisition and mid-to-long term revenue growth plans. This candidate must be knowledgeable in enterprise level sales, channel partnerships, and sales strategy. This individual will be tasked with building out and leading a team to manage sales channels across a substantial portion of the business. This team will focus on growing revenue through indirect sales channels with a focus on both nurturing existing strategic partnerships and initiating new partnerships. The partnership categories will include manufacturing platform providers, software companies, IOT companies, design firms, government entities, and VC firms. This individual must be comfortable working cross functionally across the business to develop and communicate strategy to grow sales channels relationships. Additionally, this individual must be able to work to support other sale team members and provide guidance, coaching and strategy to help the overall business grow utilizing channel sales.

About You:

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, channels sales, and partner management preferred
  • Strong track record of developing and retaining highly complex channel partners
  • Exceptional record of leveraging a partner eco-system to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization, from developer to the executive ranks
  • Experience building and deploying channel incentive model
  • Proven track record of defining and meeting revenue goals with a demonstrable history of closing significant channel deals
  • Success working within a matrix organization and ability to establish strong relationships across all functions.
  • Track record of driving innovation internally and across channel partners
  • Experience building a team of sales channels managers to comprehensively support a sales strategy
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to define channels, channel offerings, and forge new partnerships through innovative approaches
  • Ability to continually think broadly and outside the box to find new ways to create value
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree a must, MBA preferred.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for building and leading a team that will create channel partnerships that will lead to mid-long term enterprise value
  • Design and develop the overall channel program, including channel incentive models
  • Set and execute an aggressive channel acquisition strategy
  • Grow and maintain strategic channel relationships
  • Deliver processes and tools to help drive awareness, adoption, intent, and success of each channel program
  • Drive development and ongoing measurement of partner performance, and impact of the channel program on overall Fast Radius platform adoption
  • Have material impact on new and incremental business development aligned closely with the broader sales organization
  • Operational tasks to maintain a high level of business impact for Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Pipeline Generation and Deal Progression
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives to drive adoption of Fast Radius offering and continued expansion at our customers
  • Produce results independently as well as collaboratively depending on the project.
  • Work with legal counsel to navigate complex contracting arrangements
  • Execute channel agreements spanning significant pieces of business over multiple years
  • Responsible for framing the big picture, project where Fast Radius is headed to partners, and to sell a vision of collaboration and long-term partnership that can be translated into meaningful steps toward a significant revenue generating relationship
  • Help design, develop, and distribute channel program analytics, reporting, and dashboards
  • Frequently communicate with stakeholders, providing key leaders with success metrics
