SUMMARY:

The Director of Corporate Partnership Development will be responsible for leading the direction and creation of strategic partnerships with corporations for All Campus’ university partner online master’s, bachelor’s and certificates (upskilling). This individual will develop corporate partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies, business, financial, engineering and healthcare companies promoting the value of All Campus’ portfolio of online programs to their employees. We are seeking a professional with experience researching, prospecting and developing corporate partnerships, preferably education based partnerships, with human resource and development departments at large corporations. The ideal candidate must have the ability to create meaningful, long-term partnerships with corporations through sales presentations, strategic conversations that demonstrate benefit to the corporation and their employees, and client management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and lead corporate partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies, business, financial, engineering and healthcare companies to promote and offer our client university online degree and upskilling programs to their employees
  • Research and prospect companies that align with our client programs through phone call, email, conferences and related events
  • Initiate meetings with corporations to present values and benefits of the online programs offered by our university partners
  • Independently develop close end-to-end partnership opportunities by prospecting new leads, generating sales/partnership correspondences, proposals, sales calls, and formal partnerships agreements
  • Work collaboratively with All Campus staff, corporations, and university partners to provide the highest level of customer services
  • Become an expert in All Campus’ portfolio of University Partners degree and certificate programs and be able to compare and contrast with other market offerings
  • Work with new corporate partners to onboard them and promote our university programs to their employees
  • Ongoing support of corporate partners to identify opportunities for promotion and tailored offerings of programs
  • A strong aptitude for researching and prioritizing prospects to reach partnership goals
  • Maintain database of corporations and contacts in Salesforce
  • Maintain a pipeline of new and closed corporation partnerships in Salesforce
  • Travel for meetings and conferences as needed

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of business development, partnerships with HR, selling partnerships services
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Must have a proven track record of hunting for prospects and closing business
  • High level of professional acumen in the areas of presentation, interaction, person to person networking
  • Demonstrated leadership and presentation skills for one on one and group presentations
  • Ability to create opportunities and see them through to completion
  • Exceptional communication, consultative selling, negotiation, closing skills, a proven ability to exceed sales quotas, and the ability to work in an individual selling environment, are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and from a home office while managing time well is a must. Employee needs to be a high volume producer, organized and consistent in approach. Planning for travel balanced with completing internal work assignment is required.
  • Team player with a team based approach seeking to enhance internal strengths while helping the organization to improve in best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
