At Apex Crypto, we are creating the infrastructure for a new, open investing landscape – one that anyone can access and participate in and that operates efficiently. Our customers include fintech giants like Webull, Titan and Public.com, and together we are upgrading the financial system to power digital asset investing.
We’re seeking an innovative and forward-thinking individual to join us as a Director of Sales. In this role, your extensive industry experience will help direct and guide the business, providing valuable insight in further developing Apex Crypto’s growing revenue and customer base. Through the expansion and maintenance of our valued client relationships, your ability to adapt, strategize and communicate effectively are essential strengths required for this role.
The Vice President of Sales will work with the broader Sales organization to create a scalable sales process and identify prospects that align with Apex Crypto’s mission and vision, while developing mutually beneficial proposals for both the client and the firm.
We are looking for a motivated leader who has demonstrated success in a high-performing Sales and/or Business Development team. A significant measure of success in this role will be tied to your ability to effectively and efficiently understand Apex understand Apex Crypto’s technology, expertly communicate its benefits, and coach others to do the same. You and your team will need to win the trust of our potential clients by consultatively selling the value and possibilities of our digital asset platform.
As the Director of Sales, you will work closely with several key departments across the firm, including but not limited to: Product, Marketing, Relationship Management, Compliance and Operations.
What you’ll do:
• Establish a strategy for Apex Crypto’s Sales team that identifies clear opportunities and goals that lead to the success and growth of the firm
• Build a team of disciplined and motivated individuals committed to selling Apex Crypto products for the advancement of our clients’ businesses
• Collaborate with departments across the firm to further drive the vision and strategy of the business
• Define and implement an effective roadmap that identifies a clear path to meeting aggressive growth targets
• Negotiate win-win economics in contracts that support profitable, long-term customer relationships
• Prioritize ruthlessly, dedicating the team’s time and resources on the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage less obvious ones
What you need to succeed:
• Financial services industry experience with an understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while working under tight deadlines
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Business Development or Sales
