JOB DESCRIPTION
Supernova Lending, LLC (“Supernova”) is a fast-growing company providing wealth management lending solutions to financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, broker/dealers, registered investment advisors, etc.). Those institutions then can help their clients’ by offering a competitive and flexible liquidity solution.
The director of strategic partnership plays a critical role in supporting execution of our strategy and go-to-market plan by identifying lucrative partnerships and building relationships with big name players in our industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, negotiate, close, and manage partnerships that will broaden Supernova’s market reach and accelerate our growth
- Identify new segments of customers and develop respective channel strategy
- Manage bi-weekly progress updates and success KPI reporting of the program
- Create relevant content/materials to support execution of the partnership program
- Prepare and deliver presentation and demos to showcase Supernova and our solutions
- Lead other go-to-market efforts as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or similar field
- Proven success in a Sales/Business Development role selling fintech solutions to Banks, Broker Dealers, Asset Managers, etc. (Product Management experience is a plus)
- Deep understanding of key players in the banking and wealth technology ecosystem
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented
- Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals
