As an eCommerce Supplier Partnership Specialist your role will be to oversee active eCommerce partnerships and maintain the health and commercial excellence of our brand partners on Provi.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will work within our Supplier Sales Team and alongside our Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to manage and communicate supplier advertising activation and performance, as well as identify and scale revenue opportunities for Provi and for our supplier partners. You possess analytical thinking, a customer success mindset, and are eager to develop deep expertise in the B2B eCommerce arena. You identify as resourceful, confident, accountable, organized and a collaborator that is comfortable speaking up and lending a hand.
What you’ll be doing
Own and grow Provi’s relationship with existing beverage alcohol CPG supplier partners
Field and onboard new supplier partners across beer, wine, and spirits
Present routine insights, analytics, reporting, and brand performance optimizations internally and externally
Familiarity with turning performance into presentation/sell stories
What we are looking for
At least 1-3 years experience, knowledge of beverage alcohol and/or CPG ecosystem preferred
Customer success and analytics experience
Search experience preferred
Experience in eCommerce, marketplace technology or advertising
Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms like Domo, Tableau, etc
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Comfort taking responsibility for client accounts, conducting client calls, and communicating with clients on a regular basis
Able to develop strong client relationships
Entrepreneurial focus to thrive within our growth-oriented environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a dispersed team environment
