Department Overview
Motorola Emerging Solutions is creating new incremental revenue opportunity for Motorola by identifying and incubate new emerging solutions where MSI can create $100M+ growth. We are looking for a seasoned senior sales professional to enable driving our North American Mission Critical Drones sales.
Job Description

Work in the Motorola emerging solutions business to scale our MC Drones solution to market by collaborating closely with Motorola Sales and channel teams 

  • Drive market opportunities by working with go-to-market organization for market awareness and co-sell with Motorola salesforce to targeted end customers
  • Lead proposal generation by providing guidance and support to the regional proposal teams
  • Secure customer wins/”proof points” and work with Marketing to expand awareness internally and externally
  • Enable creation of repeatable solutions by acting as interface between products team, engineering and customers
  • Provide leadership in strategy to leverage Motorola partner channel community

Additional Qualified Skills

  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiar with selling complex deals(Solution selling, selling SaaS)
  • Expected Travel of ~50% (Customer and Sales field meetings, Industry Events)
  • Passionate and Comfortable working in a startup environment


Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. Emphasis in Marketing, Engineering or Communications is desired 

7+ Yrs of customer facing experience in relevant areas of state & local and/or federal government
