How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

To collaborate with other teams in the company, I have daily stand-up meetings for my pod that include QA, QE, & the development teams. Whenever I need fast bits of information from individuals in other pods/product teams, I stop by their desk to ask for clarification. If I need more time than this, I schedule a meeting with all relevant parties
