What You'll Bring

10+ years account management and channel sales experience

Demonstrated understanding of B2B, B2C, and B2B2C channel programs

Experience in managing global strategic alliances program, including industry vertical program management

Solid knowledge in Fraud & Identity business and consulting. Must understand banking & financial services industry challenges and needs. Must be able to conceptualize, develop and direct the execution of complex solutions and enable go-to-market strategies.

Experience in Consulting with Internal as well as External stakeholders and partners with respect to the various Fraud and ID offerings across INTL markets

Thrives in a matrix environment. Reaches out to peers and motivates /cooperates with partners to establish an overall collaborative and effective working relationship

Experience in go-to-market activity with partners and Resellers

Experience in negotiating technology partnerships with the intention of driving revenue

Bachelor's degree, business related or equivalent experience

Impact You'll Make

Manage the highest revenue generating partner accounts

Lead and develop the account management team to defend and grow existing revenues

Manage all aspects of the channel partner relationship and lifecycle inclusive of recruiting, enabling, training, and contract negotiation.

Anticipate, recognize and resolve channel conflict in a manner that is in the best long-term interest of TransUnion.

Act as a mentor to the channel/partner team on best practices, negotiation tactics, and partner go to market strategies

Execute the global strategy for the strategic alliance partner channel to meet team revenue goals.

Be the subject matter expert on all strategic alliance partner joint solutions. 

Drive the company’s brand growth objectives by managing the appropriate company presence within the partner brand for program management to support demand generation, campaigns, sales enablement, and press releases.

Lead, develop and execute dynamic strategic alliance campaigns that articulate the message for various regions and verticals across the entire customer lifecycle.

Drive adoption and scalability of the global partner program through automation to create streamlined processes among strategic alliance partners to support growth; the deal registration processes establish pipeline visibility for the channel revenue.

Develop strategy to support co-branded sales enablement, content and programs. Manage the access and organization within the partner portal.

Use your deep understanding of the strategic alliance channel and B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketplace to help channel sales and leadership define where we should be expanding/entering for penetration into new verticals for revenue growth

Solution subject matter expert: become a subject matter expert on flagship TransUnion Fraud & ID products in INTL and build expertise in identified critical business issues so that you are seen as a SME on the solutions we have offer to solve these problems

Solution development: Work with INTL teams, Market Planners, Research & Proactive Analytics teams to identify trending critical business issues (CBIs) of the focused vertical and identified customers. Propose applying of best practices and Enterprise solutions to solve for the CBIs in consultation with product & technology teams, develop hypothesis of value and develop stories to socialize with customers.

Consultative client engagements: Work with business heads & account sales team across various markets and engage with relevant stake holders in client organization spanning across Sales, Product, Risk, IT and any other function that may be necessary to validate the hypothesis and establish true value to the client. End goal is to ensure we have been able to position Enterprise wide common Fraud and ID solutions to help solve for client CBIs

Cross Pollination of Enterprise Solutions: Work with various product and solution consulting teams across INTL Fraud and ID business to ensure we are effectively rolling out Enterprise solutions which solve for common CBIs across markets/regions
