What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a new Head of Business Development. Do you thrive on networking, connecting with people, and helping to solve their problems with custom software and technology? And are you great at it? Do you enjoy meeting people face-to-face and not being chained to an office desk?
We’re looking for an amazing salesperson and professional networker with the track record to prove it. We’re looking for someone who will own bringing new client opportunities to the Punchkick table. Someone who will not only leverage, but create prospecting techniques using research and consultative-discussion.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and execute on proven processes to generate new sales opportunities and increase top line revenue
Strategize with Punchkick account principals
Map prospective accounts based on organizational structure, people, and existing technology
Engage director, executive, and C-level leads through online and in-person presentations and phone calls
Orchestrate discussions with potential clients around their business needs
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
Leverage CRM tools to prospect within specific geographic territories and sectors
Heavily network with decision makers at industry events and conferences
Requirements
A commanding desire to learn and succeed in digital software and research sales
Excellent presentation skills for both online and in-person meetings
5+ years experience in tech/SaaS sales, agency sales, business development, or other related entrepreneurial experience
Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors is also a plus: multichannel marketing, content marketing, eCommerce, digital and mobile marketing, B2C marketing
