We are looking for sales professionals to drive new business in our SMB sector (1-24 Restaurant Locations), who are passionate about the hospitality industry and knowledgeable in the restaurant technology space. You will be responsible for not only negotiating and executing signed agreements, but also work closely with our Customer Success team in successfully launching signed locations. What You’ll Do:

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas

  • Qualify and process inbound leads 

  • Sell and generate new business within SMB restaurant market

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to assess restaurant needs; coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer success team

  • Prospect new business by cold/warm calls, emails, social selling, general referrals, and work closely with our partner sales representatives to achieve targets

  • Execute all required tasks on time and with high quality results

  • Achieve daily/monthly KPI Targets and follow sales playbook

  • Create and build relationships with our POS and Third-Party Delivery Partners

  • Maintain records of all interactions with qualified prospects using our CRM tool (Salesforce) 


What You’ll Need:

  • Exceptional listening, communication and organizational skills.

  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to improve your craft

  • An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; hustle and determination

  • Desire to build and maintain long-term professional relationships

  • Restaurant industry or hospitality experience preferred
