What you will be doing – Inside Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-minded Inside Sales Manager to lead, develop and motivate a team of positive, professional and productive Sales Development Representatives. This high-impact Inside Sales Leader will provide ongoing support to a team of 6-9 SDR’s with a People-Focused and Data-Informed approach.

- Build a “World Class” SDR team that will lead the Elevate K-12 mission
- Lead by example, exemplify our values & inspire a team of highly-driven SDR’s to meet and exceed production benchmarks and expectations
- Support teamwork, collaboration and creating a winning spirit across the team that elevates performance
- Coach & develop team through effective 1-on-1’s, observations, training and outreach strategy
- Track, monitor and forecast Sales Development activities tied to weekly, monthly and quarterly prospecting goals
- Lead & coordinate weekly forecast and strategy review meetings
- Establish reports & communicate expectations for SDR activities, benchmarks and KPI’s
- “Model the Way” – Lead by example through the Elevate K-12 sales process
- Participate in development and execution of state-specific strategies to deliver desired revenue growth
- Lead training and coaching sessions on topics spanning across the spectrum from mindset to objection handling
- Monitor diligent use of SalesLoft and Salesforce to ensure data quality
- Provide candid and actionable feedback through call shadowing, call recordings, and role-play sessions
- Leverage and coach on the utilization of Salesforce, SalesLoft, Tableau, Split test messaging, cadence and additional outreach approaches
- Regular productive and proactive communication, coordination, and collaboration with the Senior Manager of Inside Sales
Who you are - Inside Sales Manager
- 1+ year Inside Sales experience
- 1+ year of Inside Sales Leadership experience
- Documented track record of success in a high-growth environment
- Proven ability to drive consistent, individual performance of direct reports
- Ability to perform and lead a team in a process driven sales environment
- Ability to leverage technology and automation to capture data to ensure customer messaging is accurate & effective
- Strong knowledge of cold calling, email marketing, lead qualification and outbound prospecting
- Experience collecting and utilizing data to make informed business decisions
- Proven success working in a highly matrixed organization
- Ability to bring out the best in others, care for each person, service-oriented leadership
