Job Description
The Inside Sales Operations Manager is responsible for a team of Inside Sales Operations Professionals. This individual and their team interfaces and strategically partners with a wide variety of business resources to influence and drive sales leads and referrals through multiple platforms. Leverages strong analytical and creative thinking skills to evaluate lead and opportunity results and provides recommendations to drive greater productivity and business growth. Develops and maintains strong business relationships and approaches work with a cross-functional mindset.
Leads a team of Inside Sales Operations Analysts, Lead Generation Call Centers, and Sales Coaches.
Responsible for creating and maintaining adherence to KPI’s for all Inside Sales teams at MSI.
Oversees the reporting and analysis of all Inside Sales teams to ensure guidance to the forecast and suggest changes accordingly.
Drives adherence to the CAPP Tool within Salesforce.com for all Inside Sales teams at MSI.
Ensures the effectiveness and proper usage of the XANT Playbooks tool, throughout the entire Inside Sales Organization.
Partners closely with Inside Sales leaders on strategic priorities and initiatives and integrates into overall sales lead and referral strategy.
Works with their team to proactively mine and analyze sales lead and opportunity results, identify trends and transform output into strategic business dialogue with Inside Sales leaders while providing input and recommendations.
Drives appropriate format and cadence for a consistent flow of input.
Demonstrates thought leadership by bringing new and innovative ideas forward.
Helps accelerate decision making and identifies/proposes opportunities to advance the business forward.
Leads the effort to generate key performance metrics and dashboards to report sales leads and opportunity results. Leverages technology and sales tools/methodologies to drive sales campaign productivity and effectiveness.
The Inside Sales Operations Manager will have the opportunity to jump in and drive results for a variety of critical business initiatives
Develops and implements sales process, procedures and onboarding strategies for inside sales organization
May have budget or P&L accountability for area of responsibility, or manage elements of the budget.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Salesforce.Com and/or InsideSales.Com experience a PLUS
Microsoft CRM
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills required
Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows or Google based applications
Disciplined, self-motivated individual with a high degree of drive and determination
Autonomous and self-directed. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Proven achievement in building strong, collaborative business relationships
Results focused; detail oriented
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress/fast paced work environment

Basic Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business/related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in a sales or sales operations role
