What You'll Bring
Sales and/or operations experience in the collections industry (minimum of 5 years)
Communication skills to all levels of the buying organization, including C-Level executives
Demonstrated presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and other software applications
Analytic experience and demonstrate strong acumen in applying analytics to solve client business issue and challenges
Ability to travel up to 60%, post pandemic

Provide sales coverage for existing accounts in your region
Prioritize and close new and incremental business within your book of business
Prospecting to identify new opportunities within your region
Deliver against stated growth objectives for the business
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the third party collection space, sharing industry knowledge, expertise and insights with your customers, prospects, and team
Attend collection conferences and industry events as required, post pandemic
