Business Development Manager, Inbound

Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, Tegus is hiring a BDR Inbound Manager for our Inbound BDR team. This is a critical leadership role with growth potential supporting a critical revenue impacting part of our business. This role is a critical contributor to our growth strategy at Tegus driving quality pipeline for our sales team. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing this team BDRs with skill sets to set them up for a move to Outbound BDR as they move through their career path.
Responsibilities
- Coach and train a team of 4-5 BDRs in effective MQL follow-up and qualification.
- Collaborate with our GTM operations team and demand gen team to improve MQL follow-up and provide feedback to drive incremental improvements.
- Act as the primary stakeholder for inbound to our sales leadership to drive our pipe gen strategy for this segment. Work together to drive a strong collaboration between BDR inbound and sales.
- Drive operational excellence in our inbound BDR team, focusing on the core inputs and metrics to drive to target attainment.
- Utilize our tech stack to drive productivity and efficiency improvements in conjunction with our GTM ops team.
- Work with our people and leadership team to attract, hire and retain top talent.
- Work with your BDR manager peers to build a training plan that facilitates movement through our career path for BDRs and progresses this team to our sales organization.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a BDR/SDR as an individual contributor or in an AE selling role minimum of 4 years experience required.
- Experience managing and coaching teams required.
- Proven track record of team or individual quota attainment.
- Experience hiring and building teams with a focus on coaching and mentoring required.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of how to efficiently drive success.
- Power user of tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach.
- Data driven with the ability to both achieve performance goals but also optimize efficiency improvements.
