ABOUT THE TEAM
As part of Centro’s Marketing team, Client Development Associates, (AKA Business Development Representatives) are the front line for the sales team. This team is metrics driven, competitive, and tenacious, and spends the day prospecting and cold calling to generate relationships with prospective clients. They go above and beyond to source revenue and create qualified opportunities for sales teams.
WAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
You will be a self-starter with the hunger to identify and create qualified sales opportunities for Basis. You should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be metrics driven, competitive and tenacious each and every day. You will contribute by:
- Generating new opportunities with prospects through outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media
- Discussing Centro’s solutions in relation to the needs of various prospects
- Researching and adding customer intelligence on dormant or un-maximized accounts in Salesforce
- Logging activity and running reports in Salesforce
- Communicating regularly with supported sales team members to align on prospecting strategies
- Joining client meetings as needed
- Developing skills to run deals through full sales cycles
- Meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2-3 years of sales or client relationship experience
- Excellent project, time, and self-management skills
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
BONUS POINTS
- Sales experience in advertising technology or digital media
- The ability to stay highly organized, optimistic, and coachable through quickly changing situations
- Salesforce.com experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
