About The Role

G2 is looking for a Partner Manager - ISV Enablement who will be responsible for strategic planning and execution, and building strong relationships with the ISV [Independent Software Vendor] Partners within our G2 Syndication Program. This person should be passionate about innovating on the ways we currently engage with this Partner group, and be an internal G2 advocate for initiatives that will advance and support this Program.  It’s important that this person is a true entrepreneur and thrives in a role she/he gets to build as this is the first of its kind for G2.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager who can help us grow and strengthen our existing strategic relationships with the world's leading Cloud Marketplaces, through support of their Pantner ISVs. 

Key activities include:

  • Creating and managing tactical programs aligned with converting Partner ISVs to G2 Customers.
  • Be the face of G2 for ISVs across our Partner Landscape. Continually socialize our story and value.
  • Work collaboratively with G2 Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure we’re aligned with our Partner’s priorities and those of it’s ISV ecosystem
  • Partner Relations: Build strong and authentic relationships with key ISVs and Vendor Marketplaces at all seniority levels. Be in the know on their upcoming launches, product changes, leadership changes and share updates to G2 leadership 
  • ISV Partner Expertise: Be informed on all ISV partner programs and opportunities for G2 to participate in and be able to build internal business cases as to why and how G2 should get involved and support. 
  • Industry Expertise: You will be seen as the internal expert on Vendor Marketplaces and ISV partners. You will be responsible for keeping up with industry trends, shifts and new players. 
  • Strategic Planning: As the market expert, we want our ISV Partner Manager to set future direction for the product and marketing strategy that surrounds these key partners. 
  • Daily Execution: Manage all cross-functional work streams associated to co-marketing, co-selling, sales enablement, customer success and partner relations
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all internal stakeholders on project prioritization and ensure programs have the right resources allocated from multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Efficiency: Prioritize and streamline tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency, escalate issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage project schedule with multiple concurrent integration launches  and report project status.
  • Own/escalate any issues preventing successful launches or ongoing Partner strategies.
  • Develop functional & light-technical expertise with G2’s API solutions and maintain knowledge as features/capabilities continue to evolve and new/updated products are rolled out over time.
  • Work cross-functionally to help plan, execute, and drive adoption of process improvements.
  • Lead by example to contribute to a high performing, creative and collaborative culture. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience managing high profile partnerships with technology or marketplace partners 

What Can Help Your Application Stand Out:

  • B2B SaaS industry or digital marketing industry experience
  • Experience managing partnerships with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud/GCP, RedHat, CDW, SAP, et al.
  • Experience with Technical Integrations and API solutions
