The Partner Success Manager will join a growing international channel team and will oversee the relationship, retention, and growth of ActiveCampaign’s top revenue-generating partners. You will inherit a $3 million book of business to manage upon arrival and will onboard, educate, engage, and motivate new and existing partners to sell, grow, and enable their partners to succeed with ActiveCampaign’s suite of solutions.

What Your Day Could Consist Of

  • Be the lead relationship manager for 80-100 channel partners and grow your book of business
  • Develop expertise in ActiveCampaign’s platform and solutions to be able to onboard, train, coach, and support your partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of the partner’s business and recommend ActiveCampaign’s features and functionality that will best enable them to meet meet their and their client’s objectives
  • Design and implement strategies and processes to maximize partner revenue and increase overall partner satisfaction to minimize churn and identify up-sell and growth opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure partner needs are being met; coordinating with technical support, sales, marketing, finance, and product teams

What Is Needed

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management
  • Passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience and building lasting relationships
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of effective service and selling strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Desire to serve as the voice of the partner and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all ActiveCampaign channel programs
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with rapid change and a strong team player
  • A professional interested in gaining or growing experience in the high-demand field of channel partner management
  • SaaS success/sales experience is desirable and channel experience is a plus
