About the roleThe Sales Coordinator will be responsible for qualifying and delegating leads, owning a variety of administrative tasks, and supporting our Sales team throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and is comfortable with technology (GSuite, Zendesk, Asana, Slack, Lessonly). Prior sales experience is a huge plus, especially if you’ve worked with Salesforce!
What you'll do:

  • Manage incoming sales leads and general sales inquiries
  • Qualify and delegate leads to Account Executives
  • Process POs & establish customer accounts and subscriptions
  • Support the Sales team through various administrative activities
  • Work in Salesforce to clean up data, accounts and opportunities
  • Support the sales onboarding and on-going training initiatives through Lessonly


You're perfect for this role if you:

  • Previous experience in sales or administrative support
  • Proficiency with GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, Asana, Lessonly
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize projects
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues
